Which Boral Models This Applies To

Boral’s fencing line in the North American market centers on the Modera and Estate systems, both aluminum-frame products with composite infill. The Modera uses a 2-inch square post with concealed brackets; the Estate steps up to a 3-inch post with face-mounted hardware and a heavier gauge rail. Signs Your Boral Fence Installation Is Failing

• Post lean after wind events. The concrete footing has cracked or the post base has corroded where it meets the soil. In Rancho Cucamonga’s clay-heavy soils, especially north of Foothill Boulevard, water retention at the post base accelerates this.
